Syncing from iPhone to MacBook

I recently downloaded the MacBook version of KeepSafe. I only have the free version not the monthly paid subscription, so not all of the photos and videos I have, got transferred over to the MacBook version. Understandable. But I recently went through my pictures on my iPhone and deleted a whole bunch of them, also hoping it would automatically sync and delete the pictures that are on my MacBook version as well. Nope, didnt do that.

Even though it is the free version, it would be nice to be able to choose which photos and videos I would like to have synced with my MacBook version, or maybe have an option to refresh the sync that way the pictures I deleted from my iPhone version sync with the MacBook version.
