Lost pictures

I have used the program for a while
Recently they add a new feature " cloud back up " , they backed up my photos without me asking and then my photos got lost.
Contacted customer support multiple times and the latest conclusion they made is that my photos are lost for ever
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! HIGHLY UNDEPENDABLE APP!!
