My phone got reset and i re-downloaded the app but i had stuff saved on my private cloud and it tells me that my files are backed up on the cloud but nothing is downloading on my phone..

The app works good until I ran out of my Free Premium trial and I had at least 400 photos in the app and it wouldnt let me accuse them unless I Downgraded it and it took about 4 hours... and then I did that and it didnt save space on my phone anymore and ended up using 2GB...

$32.99 a year, CDN. advertised as $2.74 a month. theres great value for $2.74 a month but having to pay upfront for a year? Its a decent product but premium needs to be available at $2.99 a month instead. Id be interested right away!

From my personal point of view this free app is crap, and why would I even consider getting the paid one. It keeps locking up or closing, forcing one to keep putting in password, to be followed by the same again. I am now taking any important stuff out of this app because I do not trust it.

Latest version wont open! Crashes every time! This app updated overnight, and now I cant access all the important information I put in the app! Very frustrating and disappointing! Ive lost years of information! What use is an app like this if it can suddenly stop working???

Great app... A must have for all things secret and sacred! Fully secure and backed up.

For some reason the app wont open anymore... I type in the password and it immediately exits out without warning. Cant get back into all my saved photos sadly. Hopefully this will be fixed in a further update.

I find that the app is great keeps my pics nice and safe and I love the break in snap selfie!

After the Latest update the app crashes every single time I try to open it up ...this is very disappointing considering I had school work which includes photography, notes, ideas, things that will inspire me ect ...I lost it all and id appreciate if the problem could be fixed thanks...used to love the app until this happened...very unsatisfied :(

Even after downloading the "BUG FIXES" update the app crashes when I open it. PLEASE FIX!

The app crash when I open the app or when I finished punching the password. I cannot access the pictures inside the keepsafe now. Could you fix this bug? Thanks.

App works great until they update - then the app will never crash on start, lock you out or crash when trying to open a folder. Terrible experience on EVERY update
