Ive have the Keepsafe app for a few years and I was the best app ever in my book until the new updates came and the costumer service person said theres nothing they can do about my lost pictures and worse of all I cant even watch a slideshow when I turn it on it gets stuck on the second video please fix because it was a 5 star app

Worked fine until the new update. Now the new update is slow, cluttered with ads, AND worst off over 90% of my photos are gone. Unacceptable, I would never recommend this app.

After the latest update my photos are deleted and I dont have them anymore in my vault, I do not recommend this app

I havent updated in forever because I saw all the reviews on how people were losing their pictures, well they forced updated mines it seems as it updated itself, now I lost all of my photos they are corrupt it just says files

Have been using this app for years and i logged on today to find all of my pictures are gone. I have the premium version and will be cancelling my subscription. All of my files that i needed were in the cloud and now im unable to access any of them! Its awful. 700 pictures and files all gone like that. The fact apple hasnt taken down this app is sad. They took my money and they will most likely take yours and run with it too!

i deleted some stuff on accident and i need to upgrade to pro to get it back problem is theres no in app purchases so what can i do?

Not sure if it was related to the recent update, but all pictures in all folders are now gone. Folders are still there, but all empty. Do not trust this app.

They will lock YOUR photos and ask for premium for you to able to see YOUR own photos. Worst app ever. Used to be a good one but the new updates lock out most of your photos and you cant see them anymore!!! This app must be taken out if App Store for locking people from their own content.

I saved photos in this app and deleted them in my original photo library and the photos in Keepsafe are still there very handy

I did experience the recent problem with the app crashing, but with lead from a rash review/ rant because plenty of others submitted theirs, and I hoped the problem would get fixed soon. And sure enough, another prompt update comes out the next day and fixes the problem. Good job team, thanks for looking out. Im going to leave 4 Stars for now though, because I dont like ads. -EDIT/UPDATE- Unfortunately Im going to have to take 2 stars off of this review. I logged in today to see that a few pictures from one folder had gone missing, and my entire main folder was gone. Ill fix the review if my documents and pictures magically reappear.

This app used to be amazing and one of the high quality photo safes, but now it begs for money wherever it can, even to reclaim old pictures you have to pay, also its difficult to organize and upload pics,i might download it again IF it gets significantly better

this app is good, but it kind of ruins your pictures, quality :/

This app is great. Love to place photos I want no one to see here. But I have the basic version and it says my storage is full and wont back up new files but my storage isnt full anymore because I deleted like 100 pictures but it still says that and wont back up the new stuff I just added. Help?!

Pulling the "pay us money or well bombard you with pop-up ads" stunt, are we?

Im a premium users and had the same problem that other users: A lot of images lost using this app... and the support ask just for install a calculator app from the same company that not fix anything! Why use a calc instead of this? If this version is bugged why they dont remove from the AppStore? Also a lot of bugs when preview files and user interface need a lot of changes to be better !

When we I click install to type in my Apple ID password it always says buy, is this app free or not?

I contemplated buying premium so I did through the app finally, theres still adds, I cant recover anything and none of the features are unlocked.

i REALLY need to recover photos ive deleted, and i think its not fair that i have to buy the premium in order to have that advantage. pls make it a free thing.. or at least have a option to have us pay for it individually.. pls

Most of the pictures dont show and the gifs dont play.
