Run as fast as you can! I had this app for 2 years, everything was fine until I got my new iPhone 6 Plus and when it transferred over, more than half of my photos and documents were gone!!! I sent an email to the customer service and they tell me to do the exact same thing every time! Which is download the calculator version of KEEPSAFE, and download my photos while hooked up to iTunes. Still doesnt work! Not to mention I purchased the PREMIUM version and it ALWAYS crashes! I cant even get into the app without an error message popping up stating my premium expired when it is supposed to expire in a year!!!! I bought it in June 2016, so I should be good until June 2017! Customer service doesnt help! They just give the same directions on how to fix it but it NEVER works! Disappointed, everything was okay up until this point! Its not worth losing photos and documents that you can never get back!

Love it , Premium is worth every penny! Ive had to since it came out and its always improving !

Love the app, its absolutely amazing.

I love this app, it protects all my important and secretive stuff including documents and pictures. You can use ur finger print as your password. The app is very simple and easy. If only i had premium, ive been using the app for over 2 years and its really been a life savor. Its definitely an app that u must have, its essential.

App works great, very useful

This company has ripped me off for months. I ask them to stop charging my card and yet they continue to charge saying they cant stop charging it. SMH I dont recommend you doing business with such unethical people as this company has.

I had my photos and videos in this app for a while with no problem, but once I updated the app, more than half of my photos and videos disappeared. All I get is a purple box where my photos and pics SHOULD be.

I had no problems with this app until one day all of my pictures were moved to my "trash". This company forces you to pay in order to have access to the pictures that they took away from you. Its ridiculous

Overall the app is good but I cant see some of my images.

Ads show every 3 photos now, sometimes. Pictures don’t display correctly, lots of bugs in the user interface, videos sometimes won’t load. Organizing is difficult. No way to add notes or names. You can’t easily recover content from a personal backup - forces you to pay them for cloud service which has a high monthly base cost. Long ago this app was good, but it has suffered from updates with a focus on making them money, and yet they never fix some of the most basic bugs. Thanks for the app, KeepSafe, time for me to move on…
